Memory Lane Trinkets and Treasures
Located inside a 1948 ranch-style historic building, this boutique features a wonderful mix of vintage, retro, antiques, trinkets and one-of-a-kind items from more than 100 local artists and vendors. It's especially known for its handbags, women's apparel and fashion jewelry--everything you need for a night out in Glendale. Memory Lane also has home and garden decor and kitchen gadgets. Bonus: An Arizona Information Center is located in Memory Lane, offering statewide travel guides, maps and destination brochures.
Cerreta Candy Company
Glendale’s hometown candy factory, Cerreta Candy, is the largest candy retailer in the state with four generations of the Cerreta family working overseeing the production of assorted chocolates, taffies and other sweets. Known for its French mint truffles and Camelback bars--caramel topped with pecans and drenched in chocolate--the candy shop is also a great place to pick up milk chocolate molded into Arizona-inspired shapes, like a saguaro cactus. Don't miss the chance to tour the factory. Tours are available Monday through Friday at 10 a.m., 11 a.m., 12 p.m., 1 p.m. and 2 p.m.
Bears & More
Nothing quite brings childhood nostalgia back like taking a peek inside Bears & More. Family-owned since 1992, Bears & More stocks Charlie Bears (handmade bears from the UK), teddy bears, other plush friends, classic toys and games. It's also a great place to pick up pop culture-related gifts like a Buddy the Elf jack-in-the-box inspired by the holiday classic, Elf.
